Free Clinic of Medina County (formerly the Medina Health Ministry) is a free medical clinic serving the residents of Medina County. Our mission is to provide free basic medical care to the working residents of Medina County who meet our income qualifications.
Free Clinic of Medina County is staffed by dedicated physicians, nurses, and support staff who volunteer their time to provide care and assistance.

The Free Clinic of Medina County has many exciting changes this year, including our new name. The Free Clinic of Medina County is making the push into the digital age with the addition of new electronic medical records, which will insure a better experience for our patients and volunteers. Please call our office now at 330-764-9300 to become a qualified new patient. We offer daytime and evening appointments in the Medina and Lodi clinics.
