Services & Eligibility

Operating as the only free medical clinic in Medina County. Our services include general medical care, physical examinations and treatment covering a full range of medical problems. Learn more about our Services here.

To be eligible, patients must:

Be age 18 and older (except for Youth Physical Exams)
Live or work in Medina County
Be within 250% of federal poverty guidelines (see Income Requirements Chart under Patient Forms)

WOMEN’S WELLNESS

This program addresses specific women’s health issues. Annual pap testing, mammograms, pelvic examinations and heart health are just a few areas where we focus our attention. With these services, women can monitor current wellness issues while preventing major health concerns in the future.
