Services – Free Clinic of Medina County

SERVICES & ELIGIBILITY

Operating as the only free medical clinic in Medina County. Our services include general medical care, physical examinations and treatment covering a full range of medical problems. To see if you are eligible click below.

To be eligible, patients must:

• Be age 18 and older
• Live or work in Medina County
• Be within 250% of federal poverty guidelines

Poverty Level Guidelines

General medical care provided for the working uninsured may include:

Physical examinations
Women’s health
Referrals for diagnostic testing such as blood work and x-rays
Referrals for physical and occupational therapy, dietician services, diabetes management and other specialties.
Assistance with pharmaceutical patient assistance program

WOMEN’S WELLNESS

This program addresses specific women’s health issues. Annual pap testing, mammograms, pelvic examinations and heart health are just a few areas where we focus our attention. With these services, women can monitor current wellness issues while preventing major health concerns in the future.
